In a wildly comic adventure, three very "now" cheerleaders and their male mascot friend are turned into a super-powered superhero team by a combination of natural forces and the machinations of a deranged genius. Together they have to defeat the power-hungry mad scientist, his neo-hippie minions and his evil cheerleader daughter, while struggling to win the annual cheerleading competition.
