Summary:

Chen (Bruce Li) is the new captain in town, hired to dispose of the local warlord’s bandit gang.  Unfortunately, his department is poorly equipped and short handed.  As a result, he has to resort to drastic unheard-of-measures to achieve his goals.  This movie offers amazing action & fighting scenes for the diehard Kung Fu fans out there.
