O Divine Child Jesus, be ever my protector and guide; look kindly upon me and grant that I may know the sweetness of your divine teachings and so, meriting grace, be led along the path of faith and virtue. Hear my humble prayer, I implore you, and strengthen me that I might accept my hardships with patience, lead a virtuous life, being granted a happy death, praise you in heaven forever. Amen.
